I’m Mandi Winter, or you might know me from Instagram as @winterblondes. I’ve been hairstylist in Temecula for the last 13 years. I was born and raised in north county San Diego, then 14 years ago moved here to attend Paul Mitchell school of cosmetology .When I was there my teachers told me to move down to the beach to do hair because I was so passionate/obsessed about blondes ! SPOILER ! I didn’t move to the beach but I did continue my obsession with blonding and hair coloring . Foiling hair is a dream for me . Lived in colors are my jam! Rooted blondes and balayaged brunettes, I’m all for it ! Although what most don’t see on my social media is all my gray coverage clients that I enjoy doing as well ! Every age and stage of hair is welcomed in my chair ! When I’m not behind the chair you can find me at home with my husband and two kids . I’m a believer in Jesus, a lover of fiction books, and going for a long walks outside. I enjoy the relationships I get to build with each client, while also making their hair goals a reality. I hope to continue my career strong as I constantly learn new techniques to provide my clients with the best experience possible. All deposits will be refunded on appts canceled before 24 hour time frame .
